Lockdown in "iPhone City"

China enforced a five-day lockdown on the city of Zhengzhou as the city moves into a crucial stage for Covid-19 cases.  According to Bloomberg, because of the rising incidents, the city's major urban centers would be guarded against November 25 to November 29. In just two days, the city received reports of nearly 1,800 positive cases. Zhengzhou People who are currently living in high-risk locations must stay at home and are encouraged not to leave their dwellings unless absolutely essential, according to the order issued by the Chinese authorities. In order to monitor the state of the city, Mox Player PCR tests will also be carried out in certain locations. One of the facilities in the city that will be impacted by these limitations is Apple. Since Zhengzhou is home to Apple's current largest iPhone manufacturing facilities, it is referred to as the "iPhone City" of the nation. Numerous employees at the aforementioned facility missed their days of isolation prior to the announcement of these restrictions in order to protest the company's failure to pay its workers on time and the absence of food in the dorms. Zhengzhou Videos of violent demonstrations and defense outside the Foxconn Technology Group site have been circulating on social media. Supply chains and logistics were disrupted by major manufacturing areas, which weakened demand locally and globally. As more instances have been reported daily since last October, the tsunami the nation is currently dealing with has gotten worse. Despite repeated lockdowns and widespread tests across the impacted areas, it keeps rising. Analysts predicted that, given their current situation, China might not fully recover from this pandemic for at least a year, with April representing the time when things will be the closest to returning to normal.
