Good apps without having to pay are the best thing but on top, the free-to-use feature is the ad-free content and the all-new Dynamic Wallpaper app is the deal, from Rushikesh Kamewar. The app is codesigned by Nayella, Sai Naveen, and Pashapuma Design. It is an ad-free app with 17 wallpapers and is free to use when the wallpapers change when the device is running low on battery or is put for charging.  You will have to keep in mind that when the device goes on saver mode, the first order turns on and the menu from the main screen directly takes you to the power settings. However, the shift between wallpapers is not elegant as it goes black before the next wallpaper appears.  Dynamic Wallpaper App As the app launches a quick background with appropriate power availability, it does not consume much power. Kamewar states that he will let users pick three wallpapers of their choice if they wish to update which will have more wallpaper choices from different designers. He is aware that if all wallpapers are included in the app, the size will get bigger which currently weighs 38MB. There are many more apps in the market that may be better than this one but it is heartwarming to see an Indian develop such an agile app.
