What You Should Know Before Adding Links To Instagram Bio
- Instagram lets you put one or more links in your bio. Based on your geolocation, this feature may be unavailable where you live.
- When choosing the link to include, think about what your readers would find useful or interesting. It could be a link to your website, a blog post, a video on YouTube, or a landing page with special deals.
- Links are often long and jumbled, which might not look good in your bio. Use link shorteners like Bitly, TinyURL, or third-party services (which we explain in more detail below) to make a link that is easy to read and understand.
- Make sure that the link you include follows Instagram's rules, is safe and goes to a real website. Don't link to sites that look sketchy or are full of spam because it could hurt your reputation or get your account banned.
Use Instagram's Native Feature To Add Links To Your Bio
Users can change the link in their bio as often as they need to with Instagram's built-in feature. This lets them adapt to different marketing strategies, events, or updates. Start by putting one link in your Instagram bio. [caption id="attachment_189470" align="aligncenter" width="1600"] image credit - 9to5mac.com[/caption]Add one link to your Instagram bio

Use Third-Party Services To Add Links To Your Bio
Many third-party services, like lnk.bio, Linktree, Linkin.bio, etc., give you a custom URL that you can put in your Instagram bio. The best thing about these services is that you can set up a custom URL even if you don't know much about technology. You also have a lot of ways to make it your own.- Open lnk.bio in the mobile browser you like to use.
- Tap "Sign Up" and make an account with an email address or through a third-party service.
- Enter a username that is similar to the one you use on social media, and then tap Continue.
- Then, choose the "Free" plan to try out the service. You could also choose a "premium" plan.
- Connect the social media site where you want to add the unique link. Also, you can tap Skip.
- Pick the style you like best. The list is what we'll use to show this.
- Tap "Lnk" to add an outside link. Now, put the title and link of the website in the appropriate areas and click Save. If you want to add more than one link, repeat the step.
- Once the links are added, tap the rearrange button to change the order.
