Leaked renders of the Google Pixel 7a and third-party cases

The Pixel 7a will probably go on sale this spring during Google I/O 2023, marking the arrival of the cheapest member of the Pixel 7 family. Meanwhile, a third-party case maker has already published a list of cases for the mid-range handheld along with render photos. Though the Pixel 7a hasn't officially launched from Google yet, renders of the gadget started to surface two months ago. In the aftermath, a likely prototype Pixel 7a hands-on video surfaced last month. A case maker has already created a mockup of a transparent silicone case for the upcoming mid-range smartphone, complete with images of the device from all angles. With two rear-facing cameras grouped in a broad camera bar and a single front-facing sensor positioned in the middle of a flat display, the Pixel 7a is a perfect replica of the Pixel 7. Additionally, the Pixel 7a lacks the 3.5 mm jack that Google eliminated from the Pixel a series with the Pixel 6a but does have a USB Type-C port inside of its 152.4 x 72.9 x 9.0 mm frame. As it stands, Google plans to introduce the Pixel 7a during its upcoming I/O conference in the spring. Even if Google hasn't officially announced the dates of I/O 2023, these typically take place in May. The Pixel 7a appears to be a small visual improvement over the Pixel 6a overall.
