N.Korea fires another ballistic missile & flies fighter jets close to S.Korea border

Another ballistic missile is fired by North Korea, and warplanes fly close to the border with South Korea. The South's Joint Chiefs of Staff described the firings as a flagrant violation of the 2018 agreement, which established buffer zones along land and maritime boundaries as well as no-fly zones above the border, even though none of the artillery shells touched down inside South Korean territorial waters. After firing 12 ballistic missiles over a two-week period until October 9 in what it claimed was a simulation of nuclear attacks on American and South Korean targets, the AP highlighted that the tests were the first known tests of North Korea's arsenal.
