According to reports, Google is adding package tracking to the Gmail app, which will launch in the US in a few weeks. If the tracking number in your order email is supported, this will function.
The shipping status will therefore be displayed at the top of the message in Gmail. As previously announced, the new service will be accessible in the US and will work with the majority of big shipping companies.
Google won't check your tracking numbers unless you want it to because it is completely opt-in.
In the upcoming months, Gmail will also keep an eye out for delays and display the order email with a label indicating the issue.

As a result, you will be aware of a delay in your delivery before you are officially notified.
With this move, Google hopes to beat the holiday shopping rush and establish Gmail as the standard app for package tracking.
Meanwhile, if you buy at smaller stores that don't always have their apps, it ought to be a helpful tool.
