Review of Fitbit Sense: Hi-tech device to cope stress with

One of the greatest Fitbits is the Fitbit Sense, which adds several significant additions to the Fitbit Versa line's popularity. It is intended to empower you to take control of your health by assisting you in understanding your body and mind and in making adjustments to enhance both your physical and emotional well-being. Most of the time, it is successful—better than its successor, the Fitbit Sense 2. It has an ECG sensor to identify signs of atrial fibrillation, like many of the top smartwatches and fitness trackers, but its stress monitoring feature is what really stands out and is something that everyone can use every day, not just in an emergency. It's unfortunate that many stress-reduction resources (like guided meditations and mindfulness lessons) are only accessible to Fitbit Premium subscribers, but the Sense offers a six-month free trial, so you can still benefit greatly from them even if you decide not to continue with the subscription after that. There are several choices for activity monitoring, and the watch and Fitbit app work together to give you a set of statistics related to your workout once it is over. At launch, the ECG capability was disabled; however, a firmware update in October 2020 enabled it. Fitbit started releasing a new firmware update for the Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 in June 2021. This update brought audible Google Assistant notifications, new goal celebrations, and an easier way to switch watch faces. As part of a public beta test, some users also received a new "snore detecting" tool. The Sense isn't perfect, though, and there is still potential for improvement. The Fitbit Sense 2 has made it unavailable in the US, hence the price listed above was taken from Best Buy. Its screen design is quite similar to that of the Fitbit Versa line; it has a square face and rounded edges that, according to Fitbit's designers, are inspired by the contours of the human body. A small touch-sensitive button on the left side of the case, which is made of stainless steel and gives the device a premium appearance, may be configured to provide easy access to your most often used apps. A single push launches one app (Alexa by default), while a double press shows four shortcuts to additional programmes.
