Silk Road Inspired, Limited Editions B&O Will Commemorate 2023 Lunar New Year

To commemorate Lunar New Year 2023, which falls on Sunday, January 22, the legendary Danish audio brand Bang & Olufsen (B&O) has launched a limited edition package of five of its goods. Although many people around the world celebrate the event, it is also known as Chinese New Year. The set comprises the Beolit 20, Beoplay A9, and Beosound A1 wireless speakers in addition to the Beoplay H95 and Beoplay EX wireless headphones and earbuds from B&O. According to B&O, the colors and design elements used on the goods were inspired by the Silk Road. The color schemes for some products are "Lunar Red," whereas those for others are "Jade Green." Both colors are offered for the Beosound A1. Although Bang & Olufsen hasn't disclosed how many of these limited edition versions it has produced, the Lunar New Year Collection is available in a few of its stores as well as online. The collection has the same price as the standard versions:

• $549 for Beolit 20, Jade Green
• 899 for the Beoplay H95 in Lunar Red
• Beoplay A9 of the fourth generation $3,799 for Lunar Red
• Moon Red Beoplay EX: $399
• $279 for the Beosound A1, Lunar Red, and Jade Green

Only the Beoplay A9 is intended to be modifiable after purchase out of the five items. Should you grow tired of the Silk Road motif, you may replace the legs and the cloth cover to give the A9 a completely different appearance.
