Spooky "cosmic keyhole" discovered by NASA's Hubble Telescope in nebula

The Hubble Library is overflowing with amazing images of the cosmos. For more than 30 years, the famous telescope has been looking through millions of stars and galaxies. Also, this moving and unsettling image of a nebula far away in space shows that the observatory will continue to record stunning aspects of the cosmos. This astonishing image, which was initially published by ScienceAlert, is referred described as a "cosmic keyhole" by specialists. It is a fragment of the Orion constellation's V380 Orionis small multiple-star system. Spooky Mirror Nebula The Orion Nebula, the closest star factory to Earth, is not far from this unsettling cosmic apparition known as NGC 1999. Additionally, this nebula is roughly 1,350 light-years away from Earth. NGC 1999 is an illustration of a reflection nebula, according to NASA. Since it only shines when the light from an implanted source illuminates its dust, it is comparable to the fog that surrounds street lighting. As a result, it is unable to generate any visible light on its own. The NGC 1999 nebula is illuminated by a bright, recently formed star that can be seen in the Hubble image somewhat to the left of the center. The surface temperature of this star, designated V380 Orionis, is about 10,000 degrees Celsius. The nebula is 3.5 times as massive as the sun, according to NASA. The NGC 1999 reflection nebula may be seen in this image because a freshly born star has surrounded it with residual cloud material.
