Reddit, Twitter, and the Samsung Community forums users have reported seeing what appears to be a bubble or wrinkle in the bottom-right corner of the Galaxy S23 Ultra's display. Numerous S23 Ultra users who had been contently using the device for days were only made aware of the flaw after it was brought to their attention. Several Galaxy S23 Ultra users have uploaded pictures and videos of what appears to be a very minor screen flaw, where the screen appears to be bubbling up near one of its corners. Image Credit: 9to5google[/caption] Samsung UK responded to a Twitter complaint by stating that the S23 Ultra's water- and dust-proofing procedure, in which layers of glass are laminated directly onto the display panel, is the cause of the issue. Instead of broken glass or an imperfect screen, people are seeing one of these laminations. It was made clear by Samsung UK that this is not a flaw and that "your phone is in perfect working order. " Whether it's a flaw or not, it's a flaw that seems to be affecting a sizable portion of users from various markets around the world. Some people have even contacted Samsung support to return devices that had this problem, only to get a replacement with the same problem. For the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung has garnered a lot of praise. Pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 broke all previous records in South Korea and India, the company reported. As of right now, Samsung has reported that it has received twice as many pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 series as it did for the Galaxy S22 series.
