The Mercedes-Benz EQE has been converted into an SUV. The EQE SUV is anticipated to arrive at US dealerships starting in 2023, although the price has not yet been disclosed.  The German manufacturer recently unveiled a higher-riding, more utility-focused version of its EQE sedan. Since the EQE sedan's debut last year, we have known that an SUV version would be available. This month, Mercedes released the SUV version of the EQS, it's a premium electric vehicle. This new EV platform from the manufacturer was used to construct the fourth EV. Three trim options, including an AMG performance version, a rear-motor version, and two dual-motor versions, are available for the EQE SUV.  The Mercedes-Benzes EQE SUV Is More Practical Luxury Electric Car The EQE sedan's size and internal space stand out as the key differences between it and its SUV version, according to Mercedes, who calls it "the most capacious representative of its class." In fact, with a wheelbase that is 3.5 inches shorter at 119.3 inches than the sedan's, the five-seat EQE SUV is more compact than the latter. According to the business, this increases its agility and maneuverability when driving. The 90.6kWh battery pack that powers the base model of the EQS will be used to power the rear-wheel drive EQE SUV. The company claims that this battery pack will allow for an impressive 550 kilometers (341 miles) of driving on a full charge, though a more accurate range estimate will likely be lower. However, that is less range than the EQE sedan, which has the same battery size but a more aerodynamic form and smaller wheels, resulting in a range of 660 kilometers (410 miles).  The Mercedes-Benzes EQE SUV Is More Practical Luxury Electric Car The EQE SUV will produce 536 horsepower when equipped with all-wheel drive, up from 288 horsepower. With two electric motors and 21-inch wheels, the AMG model can produce up to 677HP. In addition to a 12.3-inch instrument cluster behind the steering wheel, the EQE SUV will have a 12.8-inch OLED touchscreen in the center of the dashboard.  The EV will come equipped with several of Mercedes' other opulent extras, such as the MBUX digital assistant for assistance in locating charging stations and other amenities, and an HVAC-plus-audio setup that the brand calls "Energizing Comfort."
