US Military Uses Electric Motorcycles to Carry Out a Live Fire Simulation

The Overland electric moped from Huck Cycles is being tested by the U.S. Military as well as other governmental and business organizations. The U.S. Army and other organizations have recently begun testing the Huck Cycles Overland for tactical uses. Electric scooters are becoming more and more common in the military all around the world. Actual Fire Simulator Huck Cycles, a veteran-owned American manufacturer of electric mopeds with headquarters in Cornelius, North Carolina, created the Overland. A strengthened Sherman tank is also required due to its contemporary design. Brett McCoy, an Army veteran and the founder of the company, sees it as an opportunity to return to his AirBorn Infantryman roots while still supporting the armed forces of the nation. Military Uses Electric Motorcycles In a live-fire drill, the U.S. Special Operations used 2 Overlands. Mobility caching, clandestine operations, remote deployment, border and perimeter patrol, air deployment, medical evacuating (using a rolling litter), and search and rescue are just a few of its applications. According to Huck Cycles, Overland is unique in the realm of electric mobility and provides excellent control in all riding scenarios. It was primarily designed as a powerful yet lightweight electric two-wheeler for hunters, campers, and other outdoor enthusiasts. However, the electric motorcycle is increasingly making inroads into the world of the military.
