Jorden When her son went to the doctor, Nicole Borders, 32, protested to the authorities that the hospital was taking too much blood from her son, but it was later discovered that the child's mother was responsible for the horrible deed. Borders, a mother of an eight-year-old girl and two sons, ages 9 and 11, was accused of abusing her children on three counts each of child torture and stalking. Even worse, the 32-year-old mother self-diagnosed her two children, who were 8 and 11 years old, and treated them for fictitious illnesses.
