In the event that this pandemic taught us anything about TV, it's that certain shows are best watched at home in a quiet living room. What's the reason? They're much more sexually enticing than they were in the past. Today, the shows that are everyday are stunning erotic masterpieces, which span different time frames, countries and even languages. There are some timeless classics to watch if you're just beginning to learn about the genre (or seeking something to watch).

1.Bridgerton (2020-present )

Bridgestone Netflix Inspired by Julia Quinn's historical romance novels The show follows the eight noble Bridgerton family members as they struggle for love within 18th century London social circles. In the first episode, we follow their oldest daughter Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) and her romantic story with her father, the Duke of Hastings (Rege-Jean Page). There is plenty of castle sex. 2.  Normal People (2020)

Normal People-HULU This BBC adaptation of the best-selling novel by Sally Rooney has left audiences feeling weak and enthralled. The show follows the Irish couple Marianne (Daisy Edgar-Jones) and Connell (Paul Mescal) as they weave their way through and out of their lives from high school to college. It also touches on issues of mental illness, abuse and school. Stream on Hulu.

3. P-Valley (2020-present)

P-Valley/starz If you enjoyed Hustlers or Zola and Zola, this show is for you. The show is adapted from a play by Katori Hall The show centers around the Mississippi strip club known as The Pynk and the people who work there. The first season focuses on Black artists and discredits the sex industry, while being attractive. Stream on Starz.

4. Vida (2018-20)

Vida-Starz There are two Mexican American sisters (Mishel Prada and Melissa Barrera) return home following the death of their mother, only to discover that she was married to the woman of their dreams. Produced and directed by an Latinx cast The show is a frank and honest depiction of queer identity and relationships. Stream on Hulu.

5. Sex/Life (2021-present)

Sex/life Netflix Suburban mother Billie (Sarah Shahi) begins to daydream and write about her hot ex, while her husband and son are watching over her shoulder and on her conscience. The show is filled with numerous steamy scenes the show is focused on the desire of women. Watch it on Netflix.
