Lucid Cheaper Sedan EV May Debut This 2025, We Are More Close Towards Affordable EVs

In 2025, Lucid's more affordable all-electric vehicle, or EV might become a reality. However, it may already be in the works right now. As a result, we might see a cheaper Lucid EV model in the years to come. According to the most recent news report from Inside EVs, up until last week, Lucid Motors' existing products were more expensive than $100,000. The EV manufacturer unveiled a new all-electric vehicle that was less expensive than its customary high price. The Pure version is less expensive, coming in at $89,050. However, it appears that the automaker is attempting to lower the cost of its upcoming model. Additionally, it will be substantially less expensive than its current most-budget product. It is important to remember that an Air Touring typically costs $110,000. To be fair, this EV model does have excellent performance and features. It might be some time before we see the cheaper sedan that Lucid is allegedly developing. According to the news source, it might make its debut in 2025. Take this with a grain of salt, though. This is not yet confirmed by the EV manufacturer. Therefore, it is uncertain whether Lucid is genuinely working on it right now. However, it appears that they are aiming to offer an improved basic price for all-electric vehicles. Inside EVs mentions in its report that Derek Jenkins, vice president of design and brand, discussed the importance of competitive base pricing with Automotive News. "All of the high-end automotive research has flowed down to this car at a better entry-level pricing, but still with quite incredible specifications," said the Lucid executive. Elon Musk warns Rivian and Lucid to alter their business plans to avoid bankruptcy.
