In addition to being compatible with desktops, iPhones, and Android phones, Razer just unveiled a soundbar that it claims is suitable for movies, music, and gaming. The Leviathan V2 X is a less expensive, less potent variant of Razer's $250 Leviathan V2, which features a razer soundbar and subwoofer, and measures 15.7 inches (400 mm) long. Razer claims the Leviathan V2 X can produce 90 dB of sound from 3.3 feet away. However, the gaming peripherals and PC manufacturers claim a frequency response of 85–20,000 Hz, which is a little high on the low end. The more expensive Leviathan V2, which boasts a subwoofer, THX Spatial Audio, full-range, tweeter, and passive radiator drivers, promises 45–20,000 Hz. However, it has two passive radiators measuring 2 x 2.0 x 4.1 inches (2 x 48 x 105 mm) and two full-range racetrack drivers measuring 2 x 2.0 x 4.0 inches (2 x 48 x 95 mm). The soundbar from Razer is powered by USB-C and has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. The Razer Soundbar and Audio app, compatible with iPhones and Android phones, allows for managing the soundbar's 10-band EQ and lighting effects. Additionally, you may set up a secondary playback device using the Razer Synapse desktop app. This feature lets you switch between PC and smartphone music by pressing a dedicated button on top of the soundbar. The source, Bluetooth, power, volume down, and volume up buttons are located on the top, going from left to right. New Soundbar from Razer works with USB-C and Bluetooth. The Leviathan V2 X offers optional RGB illumination, just like most Razer soundbar goods. There are 14 distinct zones, each of which can be used for various effects, such as reacting to what's happening in compatible PC games and coordinating with other RGB-enhanced Razer goods. The soundbar weighs 1.9 pounds. The Leviathan V2 X from Razer costs $100 and begins shipping on September 28. The Leviathan V2 X is a more economical alternative for consumers looking for a straightforward way to boost their computer's audio using a device that can also work well with phones. At the same time, audiophiles may want to seek more high-end audio options.
