RTX 4090 Connectors Melting Once Again, Major Change Implemented

We believed that the issues with the RTX 40-series' 12VHPWR connection, manufactured by Nvidia, were finally resolved. However, it appears that there are still problems, and the most recent instance is notably different from previous ones. Since the initial reports regarding the Nvidia RTX 4090's melting cables, a lot has happened. The connector melted when the GPU was running for a longer period of time in each example, which was rather common. The technique occasionally caused harm to the card itself. Nvidia gathered the impacted cards for analysis in response to the issue. The 16-pin power connector is equally as large as the RTX 4090 itself. Because of this, some builders had to bend their connectors when installing the GPU, which damaged the connection. Many industry professionals offered their opinions. While some claimed that only one of Nvidia's cable manufacturers was to blame for these problems, others dismissed everything as the result of human error. Pictures of a user's unique CableMod 12VHPWR connector were posted on Reddit. The unfortunate user claimed that after using it for two months, their machine suddenly started shutting down. Only during periods of significant power use did this occur. The cable was entirely melted when the Redditor tested it later. Fortunately, there was no harm to the GPU. The business was unequivocal in saying that, if required, it would even swap out the GPU. The less uplifting news is that even this unique connector couldn't totally eliminate the problem, suggesting that there may not be any way to completely avoid it.
