The Philippines-based firm owned by a tycoon collaborates with SpaceX Starlink, becoming its first Southeast Asian partner. Its most recent effort to introduce Starlink in Southeast Asia is the new agreement with Data Lake Inc.
According to Anthony Almeda, chairman of Data Lake Inc., "The Philippines is an archipelago, and linking our country to the larger world frequently needs considerable infrastructure."

The Starlink broadband service from SpaceX is anticipated to reach remote places since it uses thousands of satellites to relay connections.
