In addition, the lively and heavy gaming phone with a heavy-duty thermal structure is excellent for next-level gamers. Now, ASUS is about to unveil the even more impressive ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, powered by MediaTek’s supreme Dimensity 9000+ chip, on September 19.
ASUS discloses some visuals of its forthcoming ROG Phone 6D Ultimate without describing much about its features or specifications. However, it confirmed that the phone will run the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chip, an upgraded version of the Dimensity 9000, announced in June.
The Dimensity 9000+ chip equips an octa-core configuration having a 3.2GHz ARM Cortex X2 super performance core with speed, more than the same core on the Dimensity 9000 placed at 3.05GHz.
Moreover, the new chip comes with three Cortex A710 cores clocked at 2.85GHz, and four Cortex A510 super-efficient cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Also, a unified ARM Mali G710 MC10 GPU controls graphics.
The ROG Phone 6D Ultimate smartphone could be a high-power gaming device with unique features similar to the 6 and 6 Pro’s outstanding specifications. It includes the 165Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, a massive 6,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support, 720Hz touch sampling rate, a unique and rare headphone jack, and ultrasonic AirTrigger side buttons.
However, we don’t know whether it includes the customizable OLED featured on the Pro model’s back and if the Ultimate’s hardware resembles the Phone 6 series.
What we know about the new Ultimate genius ASUS ROG Phone 6D Ultimate gaming smartphone will show an impressive performance with high power and speed while gaming. However, it is still unknown whether its hardware will be equally significant compared to devices powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. In addition, ASUS’s software enhancements for heavy workloads and resource-intensive games will show its efficiency in due course of time.
The design model and exterior features being almost similar to its previous models, we expect that ASUS’s Ultimate smartphone gaming features would distinguish itself from the existing ROG Phone 6 series.
