(Image credit- Tool Finder) You will soon have the ability to completely remake the internet if you utilize the Arc browser. Sort of. The popular new browser Arc from The Browser Company is releasing an improved version of its Boosts function, which allows you to customize every aspect of any page you visit, from the color to the layout. Boosts primarily have two features. It can be used to alter the fonts and colors of a page as well as to conceal any specific area of the page. Technically, the sky's the limit (you can also create CSS and JavaScript, but it requires more coding skills.) In essence, Boosts is essentially a fresh take on an old concept. Greasemonkey and Stylish are two tools that have made it possible to personalize your online browsing, although they normally ask for some understanding of coding. The new tool, on the other hand, makes creating a Boost as simple as rotating a color wheel and clicking on the components you wish to zap away. The sole restriction? Because JavaScript-based Boosts cannot be shared, malicious individuals are prevented from incorporating undetectable code into their Boosts. In essence, JavaScript Boosts allow you to destroy your own machine but not another person's. The Browser Company also created a resource called the Boost Gallery where you can look for and learn about those shareable website upgrades. Fisher claims that it will resemble the Chrome Web Store in certain ways but without all the drawbacks. Boosts are unable to access your browser history or affect a website's actual interactivity. According to the reports, Boosts simply wait for the website to load before making a few adjustments. Fisher claims that simplicity is intentional and is unlikely to alter.
